We have teamed up with EES for Schools to provide a comprehensive package for schools including financial, HR and legal aspects of the academy conversion process.
Professional guidance on company registration, opening a bank account, notifying the payroll provider, sourcing financial systems, insurance, accountants and auditors and budget set-up.
Comprehensive guidance on the TUPE process, draft letters for staff and the due diligence process.
Explanation of the funding agreement and funding allocation from the Education Funding Agency and advice on the Academy Financial Regulations & Scheme of Delegation.
Working alongside schools providing advice on academy trust governance structure and options available including model articles of association and guidance on completing required consultation.
Governance structure review
Professional advice and support for completion of the commercial transfer agreement, funding agreement, lease/transfer of property, company set-up, property due diligence and articles of association (provided by Essex Legal Services Ltd).
We support schools once they have converted to an academy or joined a MAT, from physically building a brand new academy to running the payroll system.
We offer SIMS (Schools Information Management Systems), schools’ finance, ICT strategy and computing curriculum services, building services including design, project management, health and safety compliance and asset management.
Back office support
We provide online payroll services to academies, colleges, schools and other education establishments. The service is tailored to suit customers’ needs, using an integrated HR, payroll and absence system.
